CSense Systems
In April 2011 CSense Systems (a rapid process troubleshooting and process improvement software solutions company) was exited through a sale of the technology assets of CSense to GE Intelligent Platforms.
Red Five Labs
In March 2007 the PoweredbyVC team negotiated a successful exit from HBD’s Fund1 where a smart phone technology portfolio company was sold to FedGroup – a leading independent South African financial services group. The IRR of the exit was 84% and the cash profit in excess of 100 percent.
